Shipping Policy
1. General Information
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
- We ship products worldwide, using USPS as our sole shipping carrier.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges are a flat rate: $5 for orders within the USA, $12 for orders to Canada, and $15 for orders to the rest of the world.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Bad Jimmy's is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
4. Damaged Items in Transport

Returns Policy
1. Returnable Items
- Clothes can be returned within 5 days of receipt (based on the shipment's delivery date).
- All items must be in new and sellable condition to be eligible for a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- All sales are final for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Damaged or clearly worn items will not be refunded and are subject to the discretion of Bad Jimmy's.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please email [email protected] to inform us about the return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Mail your return to: 108 E Pierce St., Phoenix, AZ 85006.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.
